Scearce Promoted To CEO 

 Lesley Scearce has been named President/CEO of On Point. Formerly Executive Director of On Point, Ms. Scearce's new role is the result of On Point's growing collaborations, both locally and nationally. As President/CEO, Ms. Scearce's primary focus will include coupling research with practical strategy as well as building partnerships that will help youth thrive. 

Stepping up from her previous role of Program Director, Amy Pearson has been named Executive Director of On Point. Ms. Pearson brings over 14 years of experience in program planning and implementation. Ms. Pearson's main function will be to oversee and execute On Point's pogram delivery to the 52 schools the organization currently serves.
